Privacy Policy
1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The following personal data may be processed when you make a purchase through www.vusto.com.tr/store, fill out the contact form, or create an account:
- Identity data: First and last name.
- Contact data: Email address, phone number.
- Address data: Delivery address.
- Transaction data: Order number, products purchased, payment amount, order date.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Under Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your personal data is shared only with the following parties and for the purposes indicated:
- Shipping and logistics companies: Only your name, surname, phone number, and address, for the purpose of delivery.
- Payment provider (PayTR): Order and identity information required to process the payment. PayTR's own privacy policy also applies.
- Authorized public institutions: When requested under a legal obligation (courts, tax authorities, public prosecutors, etc.).
Except for the cases above, your personal data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties. Transfers abroad are not made without the safeguards required by KVKK.
4. METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION
Your personal data is collected electronically through the order form, account registration, and contact form. Technical data (IP, cookies) is processed automatically during your use of the site.
5. RETENTION PERIOD
Order and invoice records are retained for 10 years pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law. Membership information may be retained for a further 3 years from account closure (shorter if you are not an active customer). Once these periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
6. COOKIES
Our site uses necessary cookies for basic functionality:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in and preserves your cart. Deleted when the browser is closed.
- CSRF protection: Generated for security purposes; deleted together with the session.
No cookies are used for marketing or analytics purposes other than those strictly necessary.
7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK Article 11)
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed.
- To request information about it if it has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
- To request correction if the personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
- To request its deletion or destruction pursuant to Article 7 of KVKK.
- To request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- To object to a result that arises to your detriment through the exclusively automated analysis of the processed data.
- To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may send an email confirming your identity to info@vusto.com.tr. Your applications will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
If your application is rejected or left unanswered, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. You can always find the current version on this page.
