Vusto Prodüksiyon Yapımcılık A.Ş. ("Vusto", "we") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This notice explains how we process the personal data you share with us through the contact and quote request forms on our website.

1. Personal Data We Process

When you fill out a contact or quote request form, we may process the following personal data: your name and surname, email address, phone number, the service(s) you are interested in or your estimated budget, and the content of the message you send us.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote, planning and executing the production/event services you request, maintaining business communication records, and improving our services.

3. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and, where applicable, on the basis that processing is necessary for us to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with our employees and business partners involved in responding to your request, and with our email/hosting service providers to the extent technically necessary, always limited to the purposes above. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Storage Period

Your personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set out in the law; request notification of these operations to third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to any outcome that is against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
