This Privacy Policy and Disclosure Notice has been prepared by Vusto Prodüksiyon Yapımcılık A.Ş. ("Company" or "Vusto") to inform users ("User") who visit our website vusto.com.tr ("Site") about the processing and protection of their personal data in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable legislation, as well as our cookie usage policies.

Your data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: "processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," and, in the case of contact-form processes, "processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract."

4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data we collect is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to questions, requests, or complaints submitted via the contact form,
  • Improving the user experience by generating anonymous statistics on the use of the Site (Google Analytics),
  • Conducting audience analysis for our site and optimizing our marketing activities via Meta Pixel,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations (such as IP address records) arising from Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasts on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Broadcasts.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. However, in order to achieve the purposes described above, it may be transferred:

  • To request its deletion or destruction within the framework set out in KVKK,
  • To object to a result that arises to your detriment through the exclusively automated analysis of the processed data.
