Pre-Information Form

1. PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The name, quantity, unit price, and total amount (VAT included) of the products in your cart are clearly stated on the payment page and in your order confirmation email. The essential characteristics of the products are provided on the relevant product pages.

2. TOTAL PRICE (VAT INCLUDED)

The total amount payable, including all taxes and shipping costs, is shown at the payment step. If a promotion or coupon is applied, the discounted amount is shown separately.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is made via credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details are not stored on the Seller's servers.

4. DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address you provide within 7 (seven) business days at the latest from payment confirmation. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 calendar days.

Delivery is made within Turkey only. Unless stated otherwise, the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Simply send your withdrawal notice by email to info@vusto.com.tr. Within 10 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, you must return the product in its original packaging.

The return shipping cost is borne by you. The refund is made within 14 days of the product being received.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products whose packaging has been opened and which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Products specially personalized or manufactured at the buyer's request.
  • Digital content delivered electronically (software, templates, audio/video files, etc.), once its performance has begun.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

You may send any complaints regarding a product or service to info@vusto.com.tr.

For disputes that cannot be resolved, within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee; for disputes above these limits, you may apply to the Consumer Court.

8. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you share during your order is processed under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purposes of order processing, delivery, and legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy page for details.
