Live Streaming Service
Let's bring your event to the other side of the screen too.
Multi-camera production, live editing and seamless streaming for conferences, launches, concerts and hybrid events.
Don't let the venue's capacity define your audience size. With our live streaming service, we take your conference, launch, concert or corporate meeting beyond the walls of the room and onto thousands of screens. We manage multi-camera production, a professional sound system and uninterrupted streaming infrastructure as a single team, delivering the live energy of your event in full to viewers on the other end of the internet.

Live Streaming
We deliver uninterrupted live streaming to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Zoom/Teams, or your corporate website via dedicated RTMP.

We manage the entire audio chain, from stage microphones to broadcast mix, so it's heard clearly both in the room and on screen.
Stage & LED Screen Management
We seamlessly integrate the stage visuals, presentation screens and LED screens into the broadcast feed.
Stage Lighting
We light the stage correctly so the camera gets proper exposure and the broadcast looks professional.
Recording & Archiving (VOD)
We record the entire broadcast in high resolution, making it available for on-demand viewing (VOD) after the event.
What Is a Live Streaming Service?
A live streaming service is the process of capturing an event's video and audio feed in real time and delivering it to viewers over the internet. Unlike a simple broadcast from a single webcam, professional live streaming production involves multiple camera angles, image settings matched to stage lighting, live audio mixing, and instant camera switching managed through a vision mixer.
The director in the room watches the feed coming from different cameras and edits the broadcast live, switching in seconds from the speaker to the stage, from the presentation to a crowd shot. This video and audio feed is delivered through an encoder to platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Zoom/Teams, or via a dedicated RTMP connection to a corporate website.
A live streaming service is usually planned as part of the broader event management process — venue survey, internet infrastructure and stage layout all directly affect broadcast quality. The recording can then be edited into a highlight film by our post-production team on request.

Why Is Live Streaming Service Important?
An event's impact is no longer measured only by the number of attendees in the room. Live streaming lets viewers who are out of town, abroad, or simply need to be somewhere else join the event in real time — the hybrid event format makes it possible to host both a physical and a digital audience at once.
A technically weak broadcast (frozen video, unstable audio, sudden dropouts) quickly costs you the viewer's trust; a professional live streaming production, on the other hand, directly reflects the brand's seriousness and the quality of the organization. Making sure a speaker's message comes through clearly at a conference, that a product is presented correctly at a launch, or that a concert's stage energy translates to the screen — all of it depends on the right camera angles, sound balance and an uninterrupted connection.
What's more, the recording becomes a content asset that keeps generating value long after the event ends — it can be shared on social media, archived on your website, or used to promote your next event.

Stages of a Live Broadcast
Even though every event's format differs, the live streaming process follows a specific technical discipline. From the initial survey to post-broadcast delivery, each of these stages directly affects the quality of the stream.
Technical Survey and Connection Testing
The most critical stage of a live broadcast begins before the event. We test the venue's internet infrastructure, measure whether the upload speed can sustain an uninterrupted broadcast, and plan a redundant connection (for example, a mobile-network-backed failover) if needed. Camera and audio setup points are also finalized at this stage.
Camera and Vision Mix Setup
On event day, cameras are positioned around the stage, the speaker and the audience; all feeds are merged into a single broadcast stream through a vision mixer. The director decides live which camera is on screen and when.
Sound System Setup
Audio from the stage microphones is distributed simultaneously to both the room's speakers and the broadcast mix. The goal is for the speaker's voice to be clear and balanced both in the room and on screen.
Live Streaming
The video and audio coming out of the vision mixer are delivered to the chosen platform through an encoder. Throughout the broadcast, our technical team continuously monitors the connection, audio levels and video quality.
Recording and Delivery
The full broadcast is recorded in high resolution. After the event, this recording can be delivered as-is on request, or edited into a short highlight film by our post-production team.
Which Events Do We Provide Live Streaming Service For?
Live streaming needs are shaped by the format of the event. We work across events of different scale and format, adapting to each one's specific technical requirements.
Conferences & Congresses
Events that clearly merge the speaker and the presentation screen, requiring a long-duration, uninterrupted broadcast feed.
Launch Events
How that moment translates to the screen matters as much as the moment the product is first introduced; stage visuals, lighting and audio are carried into the broadcast in sync.
Concerts & Stage Events
High-tempo broadcast productions that carry the stage's energy to the screen, supported by multiple camera angles and dynamic transitions.
Corporate Meetings & Hybrid Events
Hybrid broadcasts in the format of general assemblies and corporate meetings, where in-room and online attendees experience the same quality at the same time.
Training & Webinars
Broadcast formats that require clear, uninterrupted delivery of information — usually long-duration and interactive, with Q&A support.
The Professional Equipment and Software We Use
Live streaming quality is directly tied to the right equipment. Our team at Vusto works with the following infrastructure:
- Blackmagic ATEM Vision Mixer — the industry-standard broadcast mixer we use to merge multi-camera footage and direct the feed live.
- Broadcast Cameras — professional video cameras suited to live streaming, capturing stage and audience shots.
- Wireless Intercom — a radio system that keeps camera operators and the director in uninterrupted communication throughout the event.
- Streaming Encoder — hardware/software encoders that deliver video and audio to the chosen platform (YouTube, Instagram, private RTMP) without interruption.
- Multi-Input Broadcast Monitors — we monitor every camera angle and the broadcast preview simultaneously, making our directing decisions from here.
You can also rent some of this equipment for your own crew's use — including the Atem Mini Pro live streaming device, the multi-input broadcast monitor, and the wireless intercom.
Streaming Platforms
Which platform the broadcast goes to is determined by the event's target audience. The most commonly chosen options are:
- YouTube Live — for broadcasts open to a wide audience, archivable and with high SEO value.
- Instagram & Facebook Live — for events that need instant reach to a social media audience.
- Zoom / Microsoft Teams — for interactive participation from online attendees at hybrid meetings and corporate events.
- Private Platform / Website — for access-restricted (password-protected) broadcasts on the brand's own website or a dedicated streaming platform.
Industries We Work With
Live streaming needs call for a different technical discipline depending on the industry. Working with brands across different sectors, we've learned the specific broadcast requirements unique to each one:
- Defense Industry — corporate events requiring closed-circuit or access-restricted, high-security broadcast solutions.
- Healthcare — broadcasts at congresses and symposiums that prioritize clear audio and uninterrupted video.
- Education — interactive, long-duration broadcasts in webinar and online training formats.
- Technology — broadcasts requiring high production value and dynamic camera use at product launches.
- Public Sector — a clean, precise broadcast language that preserves institutional seriousness at press conferences and official openings.
- Corporate — broadcasts requiring hybrid participation at general assemblies and corporate meetings.
Why Vusto?
A live broadcast is a single, unrepeatable moment — there's no room for error. Brands that choose Vusto keep working with us for a few core reasons:
- One team, end to end. Camera, audio, broadcast management and recording aren't split across different vendors — a single production team manages your event from start to finish.
- A disciplined technical rehearsal. We run a connection test and equipment check before every event, leaving no room for surprises.
- Redundant infrastructure. For critical events, we work with a backup internet and equipment plan against connection dropouts.
- Post-production after the broadcast. The recording can be turned into a highlight film with post-production support from the same team — no need to look for a separate editing crew.
- Cross-industry experience. From conferences to concerts, from launches to corporate meetings, we bring the experience we've gained across formats to every new project.
