Cancellation & Return Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation before shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge by sending an email to info@vusto.com.tr. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days.

Cancellation after shipping: Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled; the right-of-withdrawal procedure applies at this stage instead (see Article 2).

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND PRODUCT RETURNS

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return Procedure

  1. Notification: Send an email to info@vusto.com.tr with the subject "Return Request – ".
  2. Confirmation: You will receive return instructions, and a return shipping label if applicable, within 2 business days.
  3. Shipping: Return the product in its original packaging, unused and complete, within 10 days of your withdrawal notice. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
  4. Refund: Once the product reaches us and has been inspected, your payment is refunded within 14 days.

Return Acceptance Conditions

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and all accessories (cables, adapters, documentation, etc.) must be complete.
  • The invoice or receipt that came with the product must be included in the return package.

3. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Opened-packaging products: Products whose packaging has been opened after receipt and which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (clothing accessories, cosmetic products, etc.).
  • Personalized products: Products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or with custom printing/engraving.
  • Digital content: Software, color palettes, video templates, music, sound effects, and similar electronic files whose download or use has begun.
  • Products mixed with other items: Goods that, by their nature, cannot be separated from other products after delivery.

4. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is delivered damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Report it to info@vusto.com.tr within 3 days of the delivery date, together with photos and your order number.
  2. If the damage occurred during shipping, have a report drawn up with the courier.
  3. After we assess the situation, we will contact you regarding a replacement or refund. In these cases, the return shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

5. WARRANTY

Physical products sold are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under Law No. 6502. For warranty-covered issues, you can apply through the manufacturer's service network or through Vusto Prodüksiyon Yapımcılık A.Ş.

6. REFUNDS

Once a return is approved, your payment is refunded within 14 days, using the same method as the original payment (credit card, debit card).

For credit card refunds, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the card-issuing bank (typically 3–10 business days).
