LED screen rental pricing does not stop at "how many metres the screen is". Total cost comes from three parts: screen area (square metres), installation and technical crew, and the conditions of your event — outdoors or indoors, whether a generator is needed, and whether the screen is one piece or several spread around the stage.
The calculator above asks these in order and gives an estimated price range for your event. Just enter the screen size in square metres. It is free and requires no sign-up.
If you are unsure about the size, a rough guide helps: a backdrop screen filling the width behind a stage is usually 12-24 m², while a side screen in a conference hall works at 6-12 m².
Indoors or outdoors, how many square metres, generator needed, one piece or several — four questions, one minute.
Area, installation and technical crew are combined into a lower and upper bound.
The figure firms up once the event date, install window and the venue's technical conditions are known. You can pass these on in the request form.
Once you send the request, our team prepares a proposal with the right screen model and installation plan for your venue.
The main driver. Rental is calculated per square metre; as the screen grows so do panel count, rigging and labour.
Outdoor installations need wind-load calculation, weather resistance and ground anchoring. Panel type and support structure differ, which changes the starting cost.
Two or three separate screens around a stage instead of one large one means separate rigging, separate signal distribution and longer install time. Each extra section adds cost.
If the venue lacks sufficient stable power, a generator is required. At outdoor events this is almost a standard line item and is added separately.
How many hours before the event you can install, whether the venue has a goods lift, and whether the strike runs past midnight all affect labour cost.
Having a technician on site throughout the event and running presentation or video content live is a separate service. A static backdrop image and a live vision mix are very different jobs.
| Screen area | Typical use | Indoor | Outdoor |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 m² | Conference hall side screen | 18,000 – 27,000 TRY | 19,000 – 28,000 TRY |
| 12 m² | Stage backdrop, mid-size event | 29,000 – 43,000 TRY | 30,000 – 44,000 TRY |
| 24 m² | Large stage backdrop, product launch | 50,000 – 74,000 TRY | 51,000 – 76,000 TRY |
| 40 m² | Concert / festival stage | 79,000 – 116,000 TRY | 80,000 – 118,000 TRY |
Assumes a single-piece screen with no generator. A generator requirement or splitting the screen into several sections pushes these ranges up. Run the tool above for your own event.
The most common mistake is choosing a screen on size alone. There is also pixel pitch — the distance between two LEDs on the panel. A smaller pitch means a sharper image but higher cost. How close the audience sits is what decides it: if the front row in a conference hall is three metres away you need a fine pitch, but if the nearest viewer at an outdoor concert is fifteen metres away a wider pitch is fine and saves budget.
The second factor is brightness. A screen used outdoors in daylight needs far higher brightness than one used in a closed hall, otherwise the image is unreadable in sunlight.
If you need crew and equipment for the whole event, see our event management service; if you only need the gear, look at equipment rental.
The range covers screen panels, rigging, and install and strike labour. A generator, on-site technical crew for the duration of the event and content preparation are not included; they are added to the quote if needed.
Hall size, audience count and the distance of the furthest viewer decide it. Roughly: 6-12 m² for a conference side screen, 12-24 m² for a stage backdrop, 24 m² and above for a concert stage. If unsure, send us the venue details and we will work it out.
Install and strike are done by our technical crew and are included in the price. All we need from you is venue access and permission for the install window.
It depends on size and venue conditions. A 12 m² single-piece screen usually takes a few hours; large multi-section builds may need to start the day before.
Outdoor installations use weather-resistant panels and appropriate rigging. Additional protection is planned based on the forecast before the event; we discuss this at the quote stage.
No. If the venue has sufficient stable power it is not needed. It usually is at outdoor events and in historic or temporary venues.
The ranges are for a single-day event. For multi-day events the screen stays on site, so additional days cost less than the first; this is calculated per day in the quote.
If you want us to, yes. Preparing the graphics, video or presentation shown on screen is a separate service. If you already have content we reformat it and test it on the screen.
